Once you decide on a package, our chef will come to your home at the time you ask him to and make upto 3-4 dishes in 2 hrs (depending on the preparation time for each dish) for a family of 4 persons.

The chefs not only cook but also cleans the kitchen before he leaves (utensils used and kitchen counter tops )

Yes, they are. Cuisine variety, hygiene and etiquette are very important to our clients and we take these aspects most seriously. Our Chefs are constantly undergoing training and refresher courses not only from us but also from Dubai Health Authorities.

We have a variety of cuisines on offer ranging from Indian (North and South), Pakistani (Lahori and Karachi), Oriental (Chinese and Thai), International (Intercontinental & Italian), Arabic (Lebanese  & Egyptian), Pinoy and Iranian. Please refer to Cuisines for sample menus of different cuisines.

Though your Chefs may be specialized in a cuisine or two, most of our chefs are “all-rounders” and able to “respectfully” make a variety of cuisines from across the continents. We at InstaChef are constantly training them on various cuisines and encourage them to learn by immersion from their fellow colleagues (Chefs!).

The menus under Cuisines are brief and are there just to give you an idea of the variety of dishes our chefs can make at your home. They are by no means an exhaustive list!

You can always ask your Chef for anything particular that you would like to get cooked and he would be more than happy to make it for you.

We operate 7 days a week, any hour you prefer between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Your cooking professional will arrive within 30 minutes of the start time depending on traffic but will complete all his/her tasks within the time allotted (2 Hours for a family of 4) to your satisfaction.

Yes we do. In fact, most of our clients have chosen for the Chefs to go their homes while they are still at work and prefer food to be ready for them when they reach home.  Please let us know where to get and return your apartment keys. You may also leave instructions inside your apartment or email it to us.

If you set up your regular package schedule with us, we will arrange to send the same Chef that specializes in your chosen cuisine. Under unforeseen circumstances, where the designated Chef is unable to come, we will send a replacement Chef that specializes in your chosen cuisine for that time period.

By using our service, we guarantee that we will be liable for any damages (direct, consequential or otherwise), which will be limited to AED 1000/- per customer, per visit.

No, we do not.

All our services are based on advanced payment but you will save money if you book for monthly and long-term packages. Also the monthly and above package members will receive discounts on the Party package. Please contact us for longer term packages.

You can have your Chefs to come to your home once, twice, thrice, four times, five times or six times a week depending on the package chosen.

On the day of the appointment, your Chef will arrive within 30 mins of the start time depending on traffic, but will work for the full time allotted (2 hrs) from the arrival time. Please make sure all the ingredients are ready and Chef can take over the kitchen as soon as he/she arrives.

We understand that the Chef may take extra time on the first day as he meets you and familiarizes with your requirements and kitchen placement. Please feel free to discuss any dietary restrictions or food allergies with your Chef.

We would appreciate it if you inform us one day earlier to the appointment date and we will offer to reschedule this visit for a better time.

If your Chef assigned to you informs us that he/she is not feeling well and will not be able to work, we will inform you as soon as we receive this notice and will check with you if we can send a replacement Chef that specializes in your chosen cuisine for that time period.

As much as we screen, train and manage our Chefs, sometimes a Chef’s personality simply may not work for you and your family. Our simple solution - we offer you an unlimited number of replacements at no extra charge until you find your ideal chef!

In extremely rare cases that a Chef steals something, please inform the police and let them handle the investigation and we will fully cooperate with you.

There are many dubious, unaccountable and unhygienic “illegals” and “part-time cooks” that are currently operating illegally in the UAE (putting you and your family’s well-being and health at RISK!) Also be aware that these (illegal) Cooks mostly do not have a visa or trading their wares without a relevant visa thereby putting you at RISK with the UAE authorities as well.

On the other hand, all our Chefs are legally employed on a full-time basis in our company. They are trained and groomed by us on aspects of cuisine, hygiene and etiquette.

Our Chefs cannot get a visa without passing a medical exam at a government facility. So, please be assured that all our chefs have successfully passed that stringent medical exam.

Since our Chefs are legally employed on a full-time basis in our company, we strictly follow the Ministry’s required employment conditions in the UAE. And we also provide extra facilities as we deeply care about our Chefs as much as our Clients!

• Maximum of 12 hours of work a day.
• 12 hours of rest a day, 8 of which should be for continuous sleep/rest at night.
• One day off per week.
• Paid leave 30 days -Vacation of one continuous month every year*. You will get a free replacement during that time.
• Return airline ticket to domicile.
• Medical insurance as per law.

Apart from this, we also provide food, accommodation and transportation.
